Ok, no more Halloween candy for me. I had way more than enough. It was delicious. Time to move on.
This morning I actually measured out my cereal and milk. I also have recorded what I ate so far today.
Other steps towards a healthier me include:
- drinking more water
- 30 min of exercise at least 5 times a week
- eating more fruits & veggies and less processed crap & carbs
In other news we are experiencing our first snow fall of the winter. The roads are icy and it took me an extra 20 min to get to work this morning.

Dang, when you started that last paragraph with "we are expecting", my heart skipped a beat!! (Stupid snow had to ruin that paragraph.)
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain about the "starting over" thing in terms of weight loss, as I'm in the same boat. I'm so tired of having to constantly be conscious of what goes into my mouth and how much I move each day..... whereas others seem to eat whatever they want without any consequences.
Sigh.....
Anyway, I applaud you for taking these first steps forward.
