Previous Weight:  230.0 (June 25, 2016)
Goal Weight:  169.0

February 18, 2017:   214.6
 - total weight loss of 100.2 pounds

May 26, 2018:  199.6
 - total weight loss of 115.2 and I reached 1-derland

June 30, 2018:  196.0


Change (since June 25, 2016 ):  -30.4
Total Loss (since Nov 2012): -118.8

Total Loss since May 2012: -126.2
Total Loss since Nov 2005: -140.4
Pounds to Lose:  27.0


Weigh-In At Home

Previous Weight:  228.4 (June 25, 2017)
Current Weight:   195.4 (June 30, 2018)

Change:  -33.0


OMG !!

I cannot believe that it has been two years since I last posted on my blog.

Life has been pretty crazy.  I am going to try to catch you all up over a few posts.

To start with I have continued with Weight Watchers and I have lost almost 120 pounds since I walked back into a meeting room in Calgary in November of 2012.

Not a quick weight loss my any means, but I am continuing to lose and to keep it off. 

Writing this all down made me realize that I am getting so close to my goal. 

I am so proud of all that I have accomplished.
