Weight Loss Update: November 1 to 15

I can't believe that it is already less than two weeks until December.  This time next month I will be getting ready to get on the plane to Victoria where I will spend two whole weeks.

Weight Watchers Weigh-In

Original Weight:  314.8
Previous Weight:  260.8 (Oct 25)

Nov 1:  259.0 (-1.8)
Nov 8:  256.6 (-2.4)
Nov 15:  256.2 (-0.4)

Change:  -4.6 pounds
Total Loss:  -54.0 pounds

Total Loss since May 2012:  -66.0 pounds
Total Loss since November 2005:  -80.2 pounds

SP Weigh-In

Previous Weight:  257.0 (Oct 30)

Nov 1:  255.8 (-1.2)
Nov 8:  253.8 (-2.0)
Nov 15:  252.8 (-1.0)

Change:  -4.2 pounds

As you can see, I have been doing really well over the past few weeks.  I am not sure I will see a loss at WW this week as I may have indulged in too many pieces of banana bread on Sunday after Chinese food on Saturday.

No worries, I just need to make healthy choices this weekend and keep going.  I know that I will probably see a gain after I get back from holidays in Victoria, so I want to do well before I leave.

I am super proud that I am down over 65 pounds since 2012 and 80 from my highest weight.  Those are awesome accomplishments !!
